"Great experience with a very professional crew. The work of fixing my front sidewalk and driveway was completed quickly, on time, and looks great now! Thanks to Jackie and Ryan, who did the repair work. They were friendly, efficient, and quickly completed all the work needing to be done. They answered all my questions. I would go to Baird Foundation Repair without hesitation for any future foundation or concrete work, if the need develops. I'll be recommending Baird to all of my neighbors and friends. Oh, and the cost of the work being done actually came in a little under what I was expecting, which was a very nice surprise!"

"1. Went very well. very professional job. the main man answered several other yard questions for me. 2.Xeriscape: I had not written my phone no. correctly. He remembered me & came to front door since he had been here before. Again, he was very helpful. 3. Their gardens are a wonderful experience & only sell plants that attract bees & butterflies."

"Three small ocotillos ($195) were refused as being greatly over-priced -- they were so very small that there was no need to pay anyone to plant them -- they could be done with a hand trowel. Two little apricot trees ($290) were also refused as being overpriced, and with careless bark damage.
I had hoped to do a much larger project: trellises with grapes, raised garden, additional shrubs, along with some removal of dead material after the cold winter, etc. His verbal estimates of some of the work were so high, that I found other people to do it, did it myself, or postponed it. He was not eager to please the customer. I was prepared to spend a substantial sum if I had found a responsive and knowledgeable provider. I was disappointed.
Mr. Korody may have been too busy to pay much attention to my project, I don't know. He seemed very professional when he first came to talk, but didn't follow through well. He seemed to have little knowledge of horticulture, and little feel for plant materials. His promotional photos featured hardscaping, but we didn't get that far in my project, so I can't speak to his skills in that area.
If we had had a productive working relationship, cost alone would not have deterred me from continuing with him. I felt he was unresponsive, perhaps even dismissive, and I was concerned about his lack of interest and knowledge regarding plant materials. If he hasn't completed the Master Gardener program, I would recommend it to him. I hesitated to do this review for some time, but I think it only fair to others to get it done.I'd like to put in a good word for the two young men who were actually doing the work. They were hard-working, pleasant, and concerned with doing a good job."

"John with Olshan gave me excellent service. We needed an evaluation of foundation problems on an 83 yo house. The City of Austin has made keeping such a house cost prohibitive. John provided information as to just what the foundation of the house on this Austin Mixed Clays is doing. I couldn't have made my decision without him. Will definitely call Olshan if we should decide we can afford the work. I feel sure they'll do the work the right way. John's honesty and devotion to good customer service are much-appreciated."

"It went perfect. They showed up exactly when they said they would, they were done the same day and cleaned up after themselves. The final product was perfect. I have zero complaints and will use them again."

"Moreno was on time and got work finished on time. Was more concerned with quality of work than with getting paid."
