"I highly recommend North Cal Paving for the chip seal (tar & crushed stone chips) over my 100’ long old cement driveway. Very cost effective alternative to asphalt paving and best bid I received. The crew was professional, on time, efficient and skilled. They explained he the process works: first applying a layer of hot liquid asphalt, then carefully spreading and rolling in small crushed stone “chips.” The result looks fantastic at a fraction of the cost of a full repave."
