In fact I liked him so much that I had him give me a quote for a much larger project which I will hire him to complete that job as well. Today he was here to fix 2 fuses on my electrical panel. He showed that the fuses were GFI and just needed to be reset which he taught me how do so that should I need to reset them in future I'll know how to do it. His price was very reasonable and he came the same day I called. What's not to love about this guy? I'd give him 10 star ⭐ reviews if that was available. "I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!! "Fabulous. Dispatched service tech Charles Gamez when directed by my home warranty provider. I alerted my home warranty provider at 9pm, the provider assigned Bill Richards Electric LLC to the job and the very next morning at 8am Bill himself called me and arranged The tech to come by the following morning. FAST RESPONSE! Had a GFI that would not reset and had a dead Christmas light circuit. Charles was very courteous, professional, and methodical figuring out the problem. Fixed it handily and also provided some advice for a few questions I had on other related electrical matters around the house. Bill Richards Electric LLC is a small company which is GREAT because few employees make for high quality and excellent collective knowledge base. Will hire again for sure!"

All electrical has been completed and approved through the City Of Tucson and Tucson Electric Power. He was very informative and always over communicated with me which was greatly appreciated.
