"We have this maintenance done every 14 months or so, since the water here is so hard. Pioneer has plumbers who are specifically trained to work on tankless water heaters (we called the manufacturer to find them). He checked it all out, and descaled the system. No problems."

"Tankless water heater installed in June developed a leak and corroded. The heater was not installed with proper clearances per the install manual of the manufacturer. However, after bringing up these issues, they promptly moved the heater into a better location providing proper clearances and replaced the corroded parts."

"Ricardo and another co worker, sorry I didn't get his name, were punctual and texted me when they were on the way. I had my gas line in the kitchen cut down and lowered to accommodate a new gas stove. The original line was 12" tall and slide in ranges do not have an area in the back of the stove to accept a pipe that tall. The stove could not be moved back against the wall. They also fixed my noisy toilet. They were respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings and cleaned up the area when they were done. The price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the job right away. I They are my plumbers for any future plumbing needs and will recommend the company to friends and family."
