"John arrived promptly at 8:25 this morning. He explained the general procedure of what he would have to do with new PC pipe, how he would be pitching the piping, as the old piping drained to much water back into the sump pump pit. I felt totally comfortable leaving and running errands while John went to work. My 2 Bostons kept an eye on him from the top of the steps, and he was marvelous with them. When I arrived home we decided that a new sump pump was also in order. So I gave the go ahead for that, because I wanted everything to be done right from the beginning. He did show me that the pump that was currently in the pit had not fired, and there was more then enough water in the pit, that it should have gone off. He installed the new pump, the back-up system and redid the piping for the correct pitch and flow. And his estimate was right on. Would I hire John again, IN A HEARTBEAT!! And I highly recommend him and his work and his extreme attention to detail to everyone on Angies List, and to anyone else that I gave give his name out  to. A totally wonderful experience!!!!  THANX AGAIN JOHN!!!! <br />"
