"Not trustworthy nor reputable to say the least. Long story short: They were called to fix a leaky faucet in shower at my elderly parents' house (75 & 87). About $800 later, it was "good as new" according to the tech, and job was confirmed as complete in written invoice. Within a few days it was discovered by homeowner, and admitted by a tech that they had caused damage to plumbing during their previous job, which now causes a leak into the wall. Who knows what kind of water damage has occurred. They are wanting to charge to fix the damage they caused. When told they need to fix at their own expense due to their negligence and shoddy workmanship, the tech left quickly. A higher-up was contacted, but they doubled down and are refusing to correct the issue. I hope they can understand their response as inadequate and resolve matter without any further issue."

While on the job I asked about a carpentry job and he began taking care of it on the spot until the time came to make it to another job. The installation of the fixtures is above par-and it was the first day of a snow but he didn’t even blink. Will definitely look to a hiring for interior other remodeling projects."
