"On a Tuesday night during a large wind and rain storm, my roof over my mud room began leaking rain water through our light fixture and into the ceiling in our kitchen. We had around 16-18 buckets of water that night. I knew damage had occurred, and although I dont typically place a claim with my insurance company, I knew this was obviously a time that I needed too. My claim representative was going to stop by on Friday to take a look and because another day of heavy rain was coming soon, I knew I needed someone to help with a Tarp and plans to repair the roof, so I placed a message on HomeAdvisor.com and Angieâ s list. I contacted around 4 roofers in the area. I knew that I could Tarp the roof myself, but I thought that taking the risk was just not worth it. I felt it was wiser to lean on someone with experience in that area, to be safe. On Friday morning, Zack from Skyline Construction Group called me. He said, he could stop by and help by first placing a tarp on my roof at no cost to me. I explained to him that a Claim Rep, would arrive around 12:00 and he said, He would also provide any support he could during the review of the damage, by arriving while the claim rep. was here. He said, having a contractor during that time can really help. No one else contacted me that morning, but Zack, so I agreed he should come. He also felt confidant that based on my description of the damage, that insurance would likely help on the roof costs. It was clear to me during our talk over the phone, that he had plenty of experience and to me at this time, I needed exactly just that. Zack arrived at 11:30 and reviewed my roof. He was very professional, kind and explained everything to me. I signed a basic agreement allowing work to be completed by Skyline Construction Group, that the insurance would cover, whether repairs or complete roof replacement. My claims agent arrived and began surveying the damage. It did not take long and Zack alerted me while the claims rep. was still reviewing my roof that, my whole roof would be covered, except that Id have to pay a deductible on my insurance and any smaller costs that were not covered under my plan/insurance. I felt that was quite fair. What Iâ ve learned after working with Zack and Skyline Construction Group , is that .. They tell you the facts. They know what they are talking about because they have the experience to back it up. They follow through with what they say. They also handle much of the paperwork involved with the insurance process which is an added benefit of working with them. My experience has been nothing but positive. Zack represented the company very well and I appreciate all their help in this process!"

"The Perfect Contractor Group executed the roof repair and replacement in perfect synchrony in one day. When they left the area was spotless. I am also use them for small jobs outside the house this past year."

"This is the third time I have used Champion for a major job, and I couldn’t be happier. We had water penetrating from the wall and floor of our garage, and finally decided that it was coming up through the concrete. The garage floor was 80 years old and only an inch thick. I worked with Danny on a scope that addressed the garage floor, the rear concrete deck, the sidewalk, and also provided painting and finishing in the garage. He was very patient while working out the scope and cut back or found much cheaper solutions for parts of the job. As usual, during the work Danny called me every day (how often can you say that about a contractor) to let me know the status or check on decisions. He recommended a more durable screen door replacement and he also replaced an existing light fixture at no charge. We identified some additional drainage problems that contributed to the leakage, and quickly agreed to an expanded scope to cover drain repairs at a reasonable price. His crew were extremely considerate, timely, reliable and knowledgeable. All of his recommendations were solid, and he worked hard to accommodate our budget. Where he couldn’t, he was absolutely correct in recommending a slightly more expensive solution to address unexpected conditions. Today we have a watertight garage (which I thought would never be possible) that is clean, painted and useful. We were able to park our car in it, avoiding a major snowstorm, for the first time in ten years. Heavy rainstorms have not produced water inside. Danny is trustworthy and reliable and we are pleased with the work of each member of his team."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"We contacted Royal Roofing & Siding after noticing water stains on the ceiling in our Brooklyn home following a few heavy rainstorms. They scheduled an inspection within a couple of days, showed us photos of the problem areas, and explained the repairs in a way that was easy to understand. We appreciated that they focused on fixing the actual issues instead of immediately recommending a complete roof replacement. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and was respectful of our property throughout the project. They repaired damaged flashing, replaced several worn shingles, and sealed a few vulnerable areas around the chimney. Everything was cleaned up before they left, including nails and debris around the driveway. Since the repairs were completed, we've had multiple storms without a single leak. Overall, the workmanship, communication, and professionalism made this a very positive experience, and we'd happily recommend Royal Roofing & Siding to anyone looking."
