I had another project needing spackling and he was able to schedule this project in before my painters. I work in customer relations and cannot recommend the importance of having someone available and willing to accommodate your schedule. "We called Dunrite initially for a cleaning (both oil and wood chimney), which was done very well; during the cleaning we were informed that the liner for the oil chimney needed to be replaced. Additionally, our outside bricks on the chimney were in need of TLC (repointing etc.) We got bids from Dunrite and 2 other vendors, and decided to go with Dunrite (one of the other bids was $1000 more!) It was also nice to be able to pay with a credit card. The guys worked hard and fast in blistering heat without complaining. The office people were terrific too. We were very happy with the work and the price."

"Our 87 unit 3 story coop brick apartment building had 30+ year old windows and terrace doors needing replacement. Aside from judging the quality and design of various window vendors, we wanted the scheduling and installation to be coordinated by the vendor with minimal drain on building management and maintenance personnel. We were impressed with the window design, specs, lifetime warranty and dealing directly with the manufacturer. Scheduling was flexible and installation went smoothly. The installers were efficient, neat (careful, drop cloths, vacuuming) and courteous. The sales and office staff were helpful and easy to deal with. Shareholder feedback has been very positive.
