Regardless of the short notice, they were extremely responsive and were able to accommodate my tight schedule. They let me use their plastic crates for my move, delivering them two days before and allowing me to keep them for five days after. "MSJ did a fantastic job. They met us at the storage unit on time, actually five minutes early. They had four guys and two trucks and were fast, polite and professional. They wrapped items with blankets or bubble wrap that could have been damaged in transit. We had a lot of loose items that they put in a couple of big, heavy cardboard tubs during the move. It was obvious these guys know what they're doing. Even the owner of MSJ came to supervise the unloading process to make sure we were happy with the service and attention received. I heartily endorse them and would recommend them for anyone seeking similar moving help."

"I have to say, I did not have great expectations hiring a national moving service for a big move from Austin to Albuquerque recently. Mostly because I have had mediocre experiences with big moving companies in the past. Boy, was I wrong! Both Joe Kim, my primary contact, and Lori, one of the logistics people, were outstanding. There wasn't a single glitch along the way, and National's systems were outstanding. I was timely informed about everything along the way, in an unobtrusive way. Highly recommended! Bonus was they were very economical."

"OMG, I just wish I had known about these guys in moving out of one condo and moving into another. They were by far and away so much better than the service from the other two moving companies. If I could give 10 Stars, I would. The arrived on time, assessed the move thoroughly, planned their course of action and were ultra efficient.
