"Had several problems with them residing my house. First of all, the dumpster was supposed to be at my house early in the morning on the day that they started. It did not show up until 6 pm that evening so the old siding was on my grass all day and killed some of it. After they were done, I checked everything and found they messed up my electrical, did not hook the exhaust hose back up when they installed a new vent. The project manager was not any help, so I had to call the owner. Eventually they got an electrician out to fix everything and I hooked the exhaust hose up myself and now everything is good but the fact that they said they were done and left things a mess if what bothered me. It took a couple weeks to fix, and it should have been done in 4 days. Most people probably don't check everything like I did so who knows if they did this to other homeowners."

I was expecting a call back on Monday at least by the end of day. I called Representative on Tuesday and was told a match was found and repairs would be done the next day which was Wednesday. No one showed up on Wednesday so I called Representative at 4:30 pm and left a voice message. I tried to call again on Thursday at 1:30 pm and left another voice mail. Still did not get a call back. Friday morning at 8:30 am I again tried to call and got voice mail. This time I did not leave a message. Representative has not attempted to contact me. "
