"It was a pleasure to work with West Shore homes. We hired them to remove a tub/shower combo and replace it with a walk-in shower. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and friendly. I canâ t say enough positive comments about Tim S and Jordan B who installed our shower. They showed up on time, completed the project in one day, cleaned up and kept me informed throughout the day. I was amazed that when they were done we had no touchups such as drywall repair or painting that needed to be done! I love my new shower!"

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"Our project involved removing a load-bearing wall in the bedroom, new tile floors, bathroom cabinets and countertops. They also painted both rooms. The Cook team did an excellent job. Their subcontractors were professional and very particular. Communication was good and the job was done on a timely basis. Issues we had toward the end of the project were handled professionally. "My sister and I purchased a 5 BDRM/3BTRM home. I've never hired contractors before to do any type of remodeling. I was concerned if I'd find the right contractor that would meet my needs. From my 1st appointment with Raul & Taylor, it was clear they'd listen to what I wanted done. They even took the time to answer my questions & concerns. I need to open a couple of walls, wall up unnecessary extra doorways, & turn a bathroom tub into a walk-in shower with a seat. We found a walk-in shower kit called, Tuscany Freedom Grand with glass doors from Home Depot that we all (Taylor/Raul, & myself) thought this would be a good fit for the size space we had to work with. Kit is ordered online. Construction day: Raul & Taylor, had every requested wall, doorway, & bathtub removed. They worked from sunup to a bit passed dinner hours to get this phase of construction done. Next day same efficient work ethics with wall reconstruction, texturing, & painting. They even painted over areas that needed it from previous owners. The shower kit finally arrives at Home Depot, Raul & Jaun (plumber) were kind enough to pick up the kit for delivery to the house. NOW this is how you know you have a good contractor. They get started on the insulation. About an hour into them working I receive call. Raul says, "we have to stop what we're doing. The shower pan is good. We have it installed. The rest of whole entire kit is to be installed with silicone. I can install this kit for you, but the shower will need to be redone in 2yrs. I won't be able to warranty this work because if it. I can't do that and feel good about it later." Well now we just spent 3.1k on kit that. So now what? Raul & myself decided to go with cement backer board and tile. My sister & I purchase the tile and items needed. We managed to use some of the home depot kit (seat, corner pieces for soap/step to incorporate into the new updated walk-in shower design. Raymond is their tile contractor and does excellent work. He had the tiling done within 2 days. During this time Raul and Taylor were able to come back with a reduced payment of 2k. That helped a lot since 3/4s of the unused shower kit was sitting in a corner of the bathroom. Those beautiful and heavy shower doors couldn't be installed either due to the layout of a pocket door right behind the shower wall. This kit was a lesson for all involved, right down to the installation video. Now, with all remodels, touch ups need to be done. I sent in my concerns on the shower tile grouting needing touched up & a bit more paint too. Raul and Raymond were out the very next day to complete all touch ups. During all this work being performed. Everything was cleaned up after every workday. I'm looking forward to doing my future remodel projects with Precision BluePrint Development again"

"The sales associate that came out to our house was amazing. That is the only reason why this company is getting three stars. I understand that they are high-quality work but just to remodel my bathtub was $24,000. I can remodel my whole entire bathroom for less than 15,000 and that is including bathtub toilet flooring and a new vanity, I understand it is high-quality but what is the likelihood that somebody is gonna live in their house for 40 to 50 years let alone every 10 to 15 years outdated I am so sorry but I am not paying five times the amount just because you are a namebrand"

"They sent two men who checked the system very quickly. Even though the system is operating fine, and another company last year said everything was OK, they recommended replacing two parts for a total of about $450. This doesn't make sense since the furnace is working fine and we have a home warranty. Overall this seemed like a heavy marketing call to sell $32 worth of parts at high markup in case they failed. Will not call this company again."
