"i met these guys at the Home and Garden Show and decided to take a chance and hire them to do my garage floor even though I knew nothing about them. They were very quick responding to my request for a quote, then clearly and thoroughly explained what would be involved in doing the work in my garage. We agreed the install would begin 8am Monday morning, and the team showed up exactly the time I expected. All five people working on my garage floor were very friendly and they really seemed to enjoy their work. It was an 11 hour day for them, but they completed the job thoroughly and it's beautiful. "I was impressed with the company originally, they came and did an estimate for a full re-do of mulch on our yard and the repair of a leak. The price was a little steep compared to other quotes, but they were professional so we decided to try them for just the leak and the tree trim and go from there on the larger project.For some reason after they got our payment method they sent a letter stating they were booked 4-6 weeks out, and that they would contact us when they had a date of service. It took them 8 weeks,and I had to call them to see what was up. They gave me a service date, which they later then had to reschedule. The thing is though, when they did show, they did an excellent job! So I'm a bit torn. On one had them waiting so long to complete the work wasn't fun, their work was nearly impeccable.If I need something large done I may contact them again in the future, but only if I'm prepared to wait with no contact."
