Gray Construction was established in February of 1988. The company was started with only a vision and a few hand tools. One of those tools was an old sledgehammer that was passed down by my great grandfather. He used that sledgehammer to drive railroad spikes into wooden sleepers during railroad construction. And in our humble beginnings we used that same sledgehammer to break up concrete. Today we use jack hammers with pneumatic concrete breakers on the machines. We have come a long way. At 5pm still noone I called, got voicemail, 6pm still noone and no call I called got voicemail at 7pm still noone I call get the voicemail it?s now 10pm No more calls from me! What a unprofessional company never again and never will anyone I know reach out to them for service! "

"Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
