The laborers worked very hard over two days, especially digging out and putting in posts. We didn't deal with them too much but they did a great job and the fencing looks good."

"I called The Driveway Lady to get a quote and ideas on how to solve a difficult problem with my concrete porch. My home was built in the late 1800s and has a large raised concrete wrap around porch surrounded by beautiful stone walls. Replacement would be prohibitive, but there were some substantial cracks and pitting. It was like walking on an ocean reef, it was so rough, and the repairs made to the cracks wouldn’t hold, but Jean determined that it was otherwise secure with no water penetration below. She suggested they repair the cracks with hydraulic cement and then coat the entire surface with Miracote to seal both the cracks and smooth the surface and protect from future pitting. They worked with me to get the color right when I didn’t like the initial application.  Jean stands by her work and does an outstanding job. The people she has working for her are also courteous, pleasant and easy to work with. I can’t recommend her and her team enough."

However, I chose them based on their positive reviews and my comfort with the owner who came out personally to complete the quote. Most of the other companies sent out salespeople who weren't knowledgeable about the install process. This was the only company who sent the owner out, which I appreciated. He was able to answer very detailed questions on various aspects of the install. The installation went perfectly and I am very happy with the overall results. The guys showed up on time. The quality of the materials is superb and the fence looks outstanding. There was zero damage to my grass or landscaping, despite the large equipment they had in my yard. I spoke to Jim Brouse today to see if he could install kitchen cabinets and under cabinet lighting that had fallen off the wall. He was very nice and said that he would try to help me, but I would have to pay his cost, which would be a few hundred dollars. The vouchers that I paid for have long expired and no work was done. Since I have already paid $996, I would like my money back, so that I can buy other Angie's List deals and have my cabinets mounted."
