"Was friendly, courteous and did a good job of cleaning the house.  I did ask him if he could clean the roof, but he did not have a ladder which would have safely reached high enough, which I thought to be a little odd.  He said he would call me back once he had obtained said ladder, but never did.    Also, a word of advice.  Plan on cleaning your windows afterward, as there will always be residual dirt that does not completely rinse down. <br />"

"After NRG did a perfect job (yes, perfect, which may be the shortest and most accurate review on Angie's List) installing hardwood floors throughout our first floor and replacing major kitchen appliances, there was no doubt that we would call on David Gordon again when we wanted to renovate our master bath.  He did not disappoint. <br /> <br /> Once we described our preferences and our budget, he and his wife Michelle worked their magic.  It was like having friends help you through the renovation process with one critical difference: David and Michelle know what they're doing.  They found floor and shower tiles that not only met our needs but, thankfully, nudged us beyond what we would have settled for.  They advised against a paint color we had chosen and, thankfully, the lighter shade was just right.  They took care of all the details and dealt with the shipping delays, etc. so all we had to do was enjoy our new bathroom.  They took it from a tired '70s tub and dated vanity to a spacious, glass-enclosed shower and stylish vanity. <br /> <br /> We realized once we read some articles and saw a bathroom showcase that we had set quite a modest budget, but David never indicated we had placed constraints on him.  He simply found ways to meet both our wishes and our budget.  For example, rather than buy a new medicine cabinet, he stripped, reshaped, and stained our old one to match the new vanity.   <br /> I unhesitatingly recommend NRG for any renovation work."

"I called four appliance repair companies and two said they did not service Bosch (strange because Bosch is the industry benchmark for dishwashers). One referred me to Master Appliance Repair because he was booed solid for several days. I called and Paul, the owner, said he could be at my house the same afternoon. The tech came and replaced the valve in my 8-year old dishwasher. The dishwasher did not work after the new valve and we called Paul. He came late the same day after 5:00 and unhooked the stopper which had been lodged out of place--no charge. Paul was GREAT. He is responsive and knows appliances well--even picked his brain for a new refrigerator we plan on getting. I highly recommend Master--excellent business acumen, friendly, honest, and super knowledgable."

"Mr. Williams and his crew were polite,professional and gave good attention to detail. They carefully masked my windows and doors prior to painting so there were no paint spots on my window frames, bushes or sidewalks. They did a good job on the fine detail <br /> around the side light by my front door and even repainted my mail box to match the new paint.  Mr. Williams worked with me <br /> to pick out the coordinating color on the parging. The new color combination turned out beautifully and brought numerous <br /> complements from neighbors.  Mr. Williams and his crew patiently worked around a window installation crew that unfortunately overlapped with his work on the second day of the project. When the window installation crew slightly damaged my siding with their ladders, Mr. Williams crew repainted the area so expertly that the damage is not visible. <br /> Mr. Williams was patient and thorough in addressing all my concerns about my roofing and the condition of the parging. When <br /> he reinstalled the shutters, he even replaced the screws with new ones less likely to let the shutters pull loose from the house in <br /> high winds. His crew did a good job of clean up after the work was completed."
