(Told I guess he forgot to set up plumber appt). Asked to have owner call me. Owner NEVER CALED me. I Had no water until next day. Jane in shop made arrangements to get plumber to me in afternoon the following day. "Aldo was punctual, and competent. He communicated everything very well. He and his crew were timely, well mannered and efficient. The interior stairs of my fathers brownstone were carpeted for over 30 years and a previous contractor had removed the carpet without completing the job. Aldo removed the nails and residue carpet material, repaired several treads of the staircase, replaced several spindles, laid vinyl flooring , and painted the risers and spindles. He consulted with me on every decision, colors, materials, and their practicality. The job was completed sooner than he had initially estimated. I will definitely be hiring him again."
