"I hired Eclipse Remodeling to replace my asphalt shingle roof with an Owens Corning TruDefinition Cool Plus roof. The company also replaced my skylight with a new low-profile skylight and installed some attic vents. While we had the roof stripped, we also used the opportunity to bring in someone to install some solatubes and a solar powered attic fan. Our new roof looks great, and the new skylight looks so much better than the old one. I am very happy with the finished product. Udi is the owner of Eclipse Remodeling. He is an awesome person to work with. What I liked most about Udi and his team was their attention to detail. At our first meeting to get an estimate Udi spent over an hour going over every detail of the work he would do. This extended to the job as well. Udi made a point to be on-site every morning to check in with his team and me. Whenever a decision needed to be made, Udi pulled me into the conversation to get my opinion. They replaced a few rotten facia boards, gave all my vents a new coat of paint to match the roof, and even gave me a heads up to address some questionable electrical running along the roof and into my attic. As a side note, an electrician deemed the electrical was unsafe, so I had it capped off and I asked Udi to come back to remove the conduit and close up the hole in the attic. For a reasonable return fee, everything is now fixed up and perfect. I also want to acknowledge Karen, who takes care of all the paperwork and scheduling. She was amazing in answering all my questions before we started the job and coordinating the scheduling to start the job. Karen also helped me coordinate scheduling with the solatube installer. All in all, Eclipse Remodeling was fantastic. I would hire them again if I needed to."

"I have a flat roof. Four years ago, in 2014, Jordan put on a new roof. I also have a mansered portion of the roof which is basically decorative and covered with shingles. They did not replace this part as it looked to still be in good condition. Last week when we had a big rain, the roof leaked into the master bedroom. I was mortified. They came out promptly and determined that part of the shingled portion of the roof which I could not see was wearing out and allowing water in. Tim took pictures so I could understand what he was telling me. He managed to glue it together such that when it happen to rain the next day, there was no more leaking. He measured the area so that the office could estimate the cost of replacing that area. He said the rest of the shingled roof could easily last 5-10 years more. Since this was not part of the roof his company had replaced and therefore guaranteed, technically he wasn’t obligated to do anything for free. But he made this repair, no charge. This is one of those rare reliable reputable companies that rarely exist anymore. It is family based with the next generation taking on more and more so it is likely to be around for many years. I will always call this company first. One other note: Initially, I was reluctant to hire them to replace my roof because they are based some distance from me and I thought if there were a problem it might be hard to get them out. In 2017, I had a bad leak in the portion of the roof over the garage. They were on it and it turned out it was due to a clogged downspout which is the homeowners responsibility. They cleared the drain nonetheless, no charge."
