"Review by Karni & Edward, in Burbank, CA Project: Replace faulty Pfitser tub spout (which was 16 yrs. old), with new spout sent by manufacturer, AND replace washers & springs on kitchen faucet. David & Sam came over right away, when I called for an estimate, and also provided us with a senior discount, which I thought was great customer service! David took the time to evaluate the plumbing problems we were having, and advised us, in a very patient and practical manner. David sent Sam to do the repairs, and the whole experience was VERY positive. Sam was very creative in resolving the problem with the Pfister tub spout, when we learned that the new spout was shorter than the original one in the wall; he solved the problem, and it now looks great, and works well. Sam also did a great job of replacing the sink washers and springs, so that we no longer have a "drip", and all of his work was VERY clean!!! Both David and Sam were very personable and great to work with. We will definitely call David, at Precise Plumbing (his family business) AGAIN, should another plumbing problem arise in the future!"

"We have used Jeff in the past and he was our first choice for the work that needed to be done. Jeff arrived at the appointment on time, within 2 days of calling to schedule. He quickly cleaned and releveled a 5 tier fountain that had not been used in at least 2 years. He also moved and replaced the pump as we no longer needed such a mighty one. He also cleaned and checked out a smaller fountain that had also been neglected for 2+ years. Finished his work in under 2 hours. 2 days later - the large fountain had not been used in a long time so the caulking between the tiers had deteriorated and allowed the water to drain from upper tiers. We called Jeff back and he came the next day to check out the problem. He quickly determined the caulking problem but because of the size/weight of our fountain, he needed help to remove and fix the problem. He came back the next day with help and fixed the problem within 2 hours. We now have our giant fountain working the way it should. We would hire Jeff again if needed."

"In January 2017 had a problem where the secondary sewer line serving the laundry and kitchen areas was blocked. Obtained estimates from three plumbing companies including Leak Free. All three agreed the line was broken under the house slab foundation so could not be repaired. All three gave estimates for a new line. Steve at Leak Free came out and not only provided the lowest estimate but also included patching of inside and outside walls after completion of sewer line as part of job. Steve and his team completed the job within three days and delivered on everything promised. Am happy with Leak Free and would call again for any plumbing issues."
