"Rick measured our house and garage then returned with a thorough quote. We were very impressed with his knowledge and expertise and during our conversation we also asked about our problematic kitchen ceiling. Although his was not the lowest bid we hired him because of the three quotes obtained we felt he cared more about our needs and doing a good job for us. We chose wisely. We completed a worksheet with paint choices and sent it to Rick. He uses the best line of Sherwin Williams paint. Rick had our house power washed a few days before the scheduled painting days. Ricky's crew arrived right on time and did an incredible job preparing to pain. By the end of day one, the entire house and garage had been painted except for trim and touch ups. Day two included trim, touch ups plus the kitchen ceiling. Jason, the crew supervisor, and I had delightful as he worked in the kitchen. I learned that he loves his job! He has a college degree, but is a professional painter by choice. I could tell he had extraordinary work ethic, as every step he took was perfect, like he was doing his own home. "This is an upgraded review after an initial 2-star grading. Responsive customer service to issues with the purchase itself made all the difference and allowed me to keep an open mind as I continued into the installation process. Overall, other than a few "they could do this better" items, the quality, the accuracy, the value, the helpful support team, and the easy installation of my 7 motorized solar shades all point to 5 stars. We followed the measuring instructions carefully and received shades that fit each space exactly as I expected. Installation itself was easier than traditional shades using the solid brackets they provided. Questions I had during installation were answered promptly through Chat. The remote control was a bit of a challenge, so be patient if you bought a multi-channel one and have lots of shades in your room. And for some reason they don't tell you this, but you must have a remote for your motorized shades. The app alone isn't enough. Our only minor gripe is that determining how solar shades look at night was just a game of inference. It would be very helpful to have an online tool available to create your own scene, which includes shade color, indoor or outdoor, and time of day. Even samples don't help much more. Still, I'll return to them when it's time to take care of other rooms. We did this project for 2 to 3 thousand dollars less than big box store quoted us. It was a cinch."
