After grilling each of the contractors about how they were going to approach it, I concluded that any of the 4 would do a decent job at a fair price. But I wanted more than a decent job, and it became clear that Jay (owner) and I were on the same page -- not only to make the driveway strong and long-lasting, but to take the time to make it look good.
