"It's been 2 years since we had the work done and it looks as good and functions as well as it did the day they installed it (including the custom built pantry and other custom features). We feel we made a great choice in selecting this company. There's a lot of subtle elements of remodeling (e.g. we put in LED lighting in the upper cabinets with glass doors and they did a great job of installing the wiring in such as way that it can't been easily seen). We've gotten nothing but compliments on it since it was built. It's amazing the transformation they were able to make without changing most of the cabinets (saved us a bunch). Dennis was great in helping us understand our options as we designed the kitchen. He also brought new ideas the were very helpful. "The phone number for the person to reach for carpet cleaning was incorrect; however, I called an alternative number and they provided the carpet cleaner's (and quot;CCand quot;) number to me. I was able to reach the CC at that number and made an appointment for cleaning. The morning of the appointment I received a telephone call from the CC saying that the chemicals had not arrived at their supplier so the job could not be done. Having already scheduled time off of work and rearranging things in preparation, I was somewhat annoyed that they waited for the last minute to actually pick up their supplies. I later rescheduled. The CC arrived at the rescheduled time and began performing the cleaning. The CC had a difficult time removing some of the spots and ran out of cleaner necessitating another trip to their supplier. The carpets turned out as well as could be expected under the circumstances. I was surprised that there was no clean up after the job. I was left to vacuum and wipe off the sandy chemical residue from the floors and furniture. I got the impression the CC may be new to this since the CC was unprepared for fulfilling the first appointment and then again did not prepare for the possibility of having to treat heavily soiled areas on the job appointment. I think this CC is capable and cares about the quality of the work, but should probably give a little more attention to scheduling, preparation and letting the client know that the client would be responsible for clean up. <br />"

Craig listened very attentively to my wife as she went through the rooms telling him what she wanted done. <br /> During the installation, Craig's crew worked very hard to get everything done in a timely manner. His crew was very competent. They did a beautiful job on the kitchen and the closets were better than we imagined. They listened to suggestions. One cabinet door was slightly flawed. When I pointed this out to Craig he immediately took it down, and went to his shop to fabricate a new one which was delivered and installed promptly. His response was without argument or excuses and he resolved the problem without delay."
