"This was a refurbishment of a commercial space. Herr Plumbing removed all plumbing in an used restroom so it could be torn out, and relocated/replaced a water heater. They located a toilet drain for a new restroom, and then completed the plumbing for that restroom when the framing was complete. They returned one more time to install all the fixtures. Herr Plumbing was timely and professional, and did great work!"

Stephanie handles administration and marketing for the company. She was prompt and courteous in our requests for information. Jenna, using 3D software, helped us create and visualize the finished project months before the demolition and construction of our home actually began. She paid close attention to our wish list while providing a young professional’s perspective on what it would take to modernize our home. She provided attractive “Plan B” alternatives when COVID related delays forced us to look for different materials to install Chris and Troy are highly skilled construction professionals, that excel in doing quality work in an efficient manner. RHR was a great fit for our project. They understand what is needed to make a home viable for aging in place. We were very comfortable working with them. Finally, for anyone considering home renovation, it’s important to be flexible and willing to tolerate disruption when living in your house during the construction process. "Great! The technician was early, friendly, and professional. He went straight to work and total time in house was 20-25 minutes. Drains had been backed up for a week and after several tries w/my snake, chemicals, etc. we consulted AL, found these folks, and couldn't have had a better experience."

"Each time I called Smith's in the morning, they were able to get someone out to service our drains just a few hours later. The technicians arrived, assessed the situation, and used their commercial drain snakes to completely clear the affected lines. Our kitchen sink was back in order in less than hour. The guest bathroom was a bit more serious of a problem, involved pulling the toilet off and generated some pretty nasty smells... but everything there was fixed and cleaned up in an hour and half. The technicians were clean, courteous, personal and provided good tips for preventing further issues. Each time they left, you couldn't even tell they'd been there - aside from the working drains! The price seemed great at ~$85 for the kitchen and ~$140 for the bathroom. I've hired em twice already and would definitely hire them again!"

"Tyler and Dave covered the carpets, wrapped the old water heater in plastic and removed it, re-did the plumbing as needed. Very professional team, friendly yet focused. We paid a small amount extra to have the desuperheater pipes (from the geothermal furnace) reconnected to the new water heater - definitely extra work for them and beyond the scope of a normal water heater swap. (The desuperheater uses cast-off heat from the geo cabinet to heat water stored in the water heater, cutting down on the work the water heater needs to do.) The work area was left clean. Kim (at the office) was also a great help in answering pre-install questions and getting the work scheduled. We will continue to use R&D for our plumbing needs."
