"Excellent work! Extreme diligence on impact to home, repaired even a hole where we had hung a picture and even touched up paint in areas not a result of the freeze/burst pipes. Sectioned off all work areas, covered floors and left it looking even better than before damage. Quite impressed! Would recommend and use this contractor again."

"Kitchen outtake vent replaced. I decided to wait for the baby birds to leave their nest. Mr. Handyman came out cleared out the nest for me sealed the inner to properly, and replace the exterior outtake kitchen vent so birds could not re-nest inside. I appreciate The thoroughness in the work."

"We got to Handyman Matters after being unable to find anyone willing or able to fix our broken window for a reasonable price. Courtney quoted their 4-hour minimum and offered to complete any other jobs that would fit in that time. They were very responsive via email even when I was slow to reply. I listed a few other things we needed and we got on the calendar for the following week. The window ended up being a bigger job than expected because the exterior storm window was difficult to remove. However, Kelly got it done, then unclogged a tub drain, installed a ceiling fan, removed a broken light fixture, and fixed a sticky gate. We got a huge value for our money and will definitely call again next time we have a list of projects."

"Matthew Bruce exceeded our expectations. Our 92-year-old dad fell while using the bathroom and injured himself. We needed an immediate response to make the bathroom safe. Matthew responded to my request very quickly. He asked questions about the situation that showed he had the expertise we needed. He came to the house within a day of agreeing to perform the work and completed the most urgent task that day. He needed other tools to complete the installation of the grab bar drilled into the shower tiles, so he had to return at a later time. He communicated clearly when he could return and completed the task. Additionally, he cleaned up after his work and was pleasant to workMatthew Bruce exceeded our expectations. "Heirloom Homes, led by their foreman Jason, exceeded our expectations in every way. What started as a simple trim and wall painting project quickly evolved into a full-scale home remodel—simply because of Jason’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship. From the beginning, his attention to detail and high standards were obvious. He was very firm with all the contractors he brought in in a way we could NEVER do. As we saw his work come to life, we kept adding new projects, confident that he would deliver nothing short of excellence. Before we knew it, our entire home had been transformed. Jason seamlessly blended old with new, ensuring that every addition fit perfectly with the vintage farmhouse aesthetic we love. The kitchen remodel was especially impressive—he custom-built additional cabinets to match our existing ones, applied a beautiful patina finish, leveled the floors, installed new flooring, upgraded the sink and lighting fixtures, and even designed a custom dining table to complement the space. The bathrooms were just as stunning, with completely remodeled spaces, crazy good tile work, and a breathtaking floor-to-ceiling steam shower (we LOVE it!) Beyond the big projects, Jason and his team handled everything from custom motorized window shades to new stairs, complete interior and exterior painting, and countless other details that elevated our home to a whole new level. If you’re looking for a contractor who truly cares about quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction, we can’t recommend Heirloom Homes enough. Jason has an incredible eye for detail and the ability to bring a vision to life while maintaining the character of a home. We are beyond thrilled with the results and grateful for the care and expertise he put into every part of our renovation."

"I got 3 bids on painting the interior of my home - all where wildly outrageous - Val cam in with a reasonable bid and did exceptional work. This was the best contractor experience I’ve ever had."
