No damage to landscape or house. Added ridge vents which we did not have at the time. Kept us up to date all day as they worked with pictures texted to our cell phones. Biggest plus was that John (estimator) worked with our insurance company and as a result we paid a fraction of the out of pocket costs. Overall a great job. Excellent communications. We checked with a couple of other roofers and their estimated costs were higher than Bone Dry. One other estimator didn't even get on the roof to look at its condition. These outfits also told us some things that were not quite correct after talking with Bone Dry. Neither offered to work with our insurance company. If you need work on your roof at least have Bone Dry give you an estimate."
