I asked to see pictures of previous jobs, he presented the proposal, I mulled it over, and I received responses to my questions. I made the required deposit, he provided reasonable start and finish dates and kept me updated on the schedule. He rebuilt about 90% of my 100 year-old house foundation/retaining wall, and painted it along with the porch, stairs, window frames, threshold, etc. He placed vinyl railings and covered three columns. Did I mentioned that my house looks amazing? When COVID-19 hit, he kept me abreast of supply deadlines and consulted with me regarding material and proposal changes. He and his team put in a full days work each day unless the weather didn t cooperate. They cleaned up daily and left it looking better than when they started. I plan to hire him in the future for another project or two."

"This was no small job as it was related to 17 years of wear and tear on the home and it was not a typical home as the drywall folks were working with 28 foot ceilings.
