"Simply put, Bob (the owner) and his crew were awesome in every measurable way. They score a 100 points on a 10-point scale as far as we are concerned. To begin with, Bob responded to my voice-message within an hour or so...he visited the project location the next day, and provided his written quote within 2 business days. Based on DELL'AQUILA PLASTERING's current workload at the time, a tentative date less than 2 weeks out was agreed upon, subject to us completing other work (wiring, plumbing, etc).
