"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing fast and professional service. I really appreciated all the advices and recommendations at the moment to select every material. I am impressed with the quality of the installation they have done. I’m a perfectionist i must say but they took care of every single detail i had in mind so I can honestly state that the finished work was beyond my expectations. They installed Life Proof Vinyl Plank”Sterling Oak”...and I am really happy with the results. They were very precise and left my house nice and clean after the work was done. Now I’m enjoying a beautiful floor that was worth every penny and it was not expensive at all. Thank you Jose and Team for their excellent work!!!! Highly recommend Otto’s Hardwood floors!! Very professionals!"

"I received the estimate and preparation instructions. Everything went as planned. All my questions were answered and now my floor looks like new!"

"Everything went well. Love my new floors"

"Dustin did an excellent job prepping and installing porcelain tile on our front porch entry. Dustin was also very good with communication which was refreshing since so many other people I contacted were flaky or slow to respond. We highly recommend 1 Crown Flooring, LLC."

"They were excellent. Professional and quick and did a great job. So happy with my new floors!! They checked in at a few times to get clarification and feedback. They even left the remaining flooring materials in case I wanted to do the rest of my house later. I’ll definitely be going with them again if I need floor work in the future."

"Clint and his installer went above and beyond expectations. The subflooring damage was expected. Rob, the installed, did an outstanding job repairing and prepping the for the vinyl installs. The project came out perfect. The team exhibited professionalism throughout the project and their clean-up was impeccable"
