"Bob was professional and polite. We were getting ready to list our house so were under a tight timeframe; he worked us into the schedule during a busy time of year. The Home Team technician arrived about 15 minutes ahead of schedule. I appreciate punctuality. He cleaned the gutters and then moved on to the windows.
We have a large 2-story house with a walk-out basement and lots of windows. With other companies, washing the windows has taken 2-3 hours, using long-handled tools/squeegees. That works, okay. But the Home Team technician spent at least 5 hours washing my windows, by hand, inside and out, using a ladder to get to the upper floor. What a difference -- they positively sparkle! The tracks are perfect -- that's never happened with another provider.  He was also polite and took pride in his work.
