"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"They did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results.  It was a big job and at times seemed very invasive but this could not be helped.  They had a lot of workers in my house every day for 7 straight days. The only thing I would fault them on is quality of prepping surfaces, minor details, etc.  I was disappointed to have to have them redo a ceiling and some wall areas and come back to fix a closet door.  I would have hoped they could have done a thorough walk-through after they were done looking for details without me pointing them out.  That being said, they were quick to return and fix any problems I pointed out. <br />"

"John and Brad were excellent. They were always on time and very professional. Complete tear out and remodel of kitchen. Installed new cabinets with crown moulding and trim rails, porcelain tile, tumbled marble backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, recessed lighting installed, new patio door, installed drywall, painted, new plumbing, installed all new appliances, etc... He was very detail-oriented and did wonderful wood work. He made some trim pieces out of the extra moulding to dress up the refrigerator panel and dishwasher panel. If he installed granite, I would have had him do that as well. He has completed work at my brother-in-law's home several times before and I am so glad they referred him to me! I am glad that I was able to see his work because I had another handyman lined up and I do not regret going with John the Handyman. He may have a wait list until he can get to you but this is because he does a great job... but it is so worth it to wait for him. He does a phenomenal job! I already am wanting him to side my home and do some work on the garage...he does everything!! I may have to wait because my sister-in-law wants him back to remodel their bathrooms. I also am planning on having him remodel my bathroom next year."
