"Transformer blew across street/ created power surge through furnace and charred wires/ circuit board. Because of a caregiver being in the home with 97 year old - ARS was out to assess within 2 hours of the fire dept., then a call that night about what is needed and options for repair/replacement. Manager called to discuss options, then met me in a different city on Thursday to discuss and sign work order. Fortunate to have a cancellation because the furnace was installed with cool air back on by 4:00 Friday; so mom did not have to be moved to stay cool for the 100+ heat. When the installer left, he has tested everything and waited until cool air was flowing and I understood the new thermostat. He stressed to call him if ANY issues come up."

It's $50 a month, and then everything is covered. You don't have to pay for people to come out. When our hot water heater broke, we had to pay for the new water heater, but that just for the actual thing, not anything else like the service or installation."

Kurtis came out and looked at my old system then sat down with me and went over several different options for a new system. Kurtis also went out of his way to help try to get all incentives that were available to help with the cost. Everyone I was in contact with was very friendly and helpful. I work nights and sleep during the day and Rodney and Jamie (the installation crew) were very accommodating. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. <br />"
