He promptly returned my call and we scheduled for 2 days later at 10 ish. From past experiences with previous "service providers" I assumed that 10 ish would be more like 11 ish. Surprize! "They are wonderful. I like everything about them. Every one of the employees that we interacted with was just wonderful, cheerful, polite, and helpful, I can just go on and on. We had called around to other places as well but we will not go back there. Nielsen delivered the refrigerator, set it up all for us and explained everything to us. It was easy to buy a refrigerator there. We were able to pick up one and buy it within fifteen minutes. We bought a refrigerator from a different provider but it broke. It cost us $800 to buy it again and they wanted to charge us over $800 to fix it. I bought a brand new one for $200 less in Nielsen. They were just wonderful. We've got to buy a new dryer and washer and that's where we are going to buy from. We bought it on a Saturday and they delivered it on Monday and got it all set it up. After we bought the fridge I was just telling a few friends about it and I found out that half a dozen who I know have used Nielsen. Everybody is really excited about them. They are so nice."
