"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"I had years of water damage to my home that I was unaware of until it started affecting the interior. The water damaged was caused by the contractor of the builder who negligently did not install the proper flashing on my exterior bricks and did not put flashing tape around my windows. The first contractor that I hired to do the job was unresponsive. Then I looked at HomeAdvisor and got Angel. He was on time, and he is so knowledgeable and honest. Angel explains what the problem is and how it should be fixed; he also explains why it should be fixed that way. If there are other options, he explains that too. The interior of my walls was so damaged, dry-rotted, and molded. Angel had to take the entire front off. His team of workers are professional, knowledgeable, and does supreme work.
