"We had some strange electrical issues going on that needed a professional diagnosis, so we had Powersmart come in to check things out. It turns out that a replacement electrical panel that was put in about 10 years ago was undersized, with each breaker being overloaded. The result was crossover between the "hot" and "cold" circuits. Powersmart put in a whole new box and breakers at a very reasonable cost. They were professional, but personable, came when they said they would and, in a first for me, actually completely cleaned up after themselves. The only reason I could not give them five stars was they not email me a receipt, as promised. I am contacting them about that this week."
