"Mike Cantor (20/20 Advanced Property & Mold Inspection) was referred to us by a family member when we recently brought a home. He is the absolute best, most thorough, and professional inspector we have worked with. Mike responded immediately when we contacted him for a home inspection that we wanted done ASAP because of our short escrow time. We were able to set up the inspection in the same week. Mike arrived early on the date of inspection around 8:45 am (start time was 9:00 am). He requested about 7 hours to perform the inspection which caught the owner and realtor both by surprised as most home inspector only gave a cursory 3 hours inspection. Mike was meticulous in his inspection and took time to points out many aspects of the house's construction, remodeling, and reconstruction that we were unaware of. He was extremely detailed in his inspection and documentation with videos, still photos, and even drones (to inspect the roof). Mike was still going strong around the 7th hours which irked the seller/ realtor but was extremely favorable and reassuring to us when we are making such a large purschase/ investment. Mike is a little bit more expensive than your run of the mills home inspector but he is worth every pennies and more. He ended up discovering multiple issues with our house that were not apparent to us on our examinations. We ended up negotiating with the owner to reduce the sale price by $40,000. Mike continued to help us with recommendations after the completion of the inspection on vendors (termite, landscaper, roofer, etc) who he felt were reliable. We can honestly say that Mike Cantor truly loves his work and he is the only inspector we are going to use or recommend going forward. Can't thank you enough Mike."

"<p>If you just want to get a report and no explanation or implications of the report, then I suggest you call Same Day mold testing because that's all you're going to get--a one page report.  NO explanation or follow up about the findings of the report.  However, if you want someone who is VERY knowledgeable in the area of molds and takes the time to explain to you about the process, then you want to call Chuck from One Source.  I wished I had called him the first time around, that way I would have had my mold issue resolved.  He is not only knowledgeable but seems very concerned for my well being.  I called him in the morning and he made his way over to my house later in the evening, going completely out of his way just to give me an inspection.  At the house, he took the time to explain the issue and was very patient with all my questions.  He not only explained everything in great detail but he wanted me to walk away understanding the entire process ie. mold remediation, testing, and insurance claims.   Don't let the purportedly HIGH reviews from the other mold testing facilities fool you, especially one day mold testing.  All they want is your money.  They don't care if you pass the mold test or not. Chuck wants you to pass the mold test and will do what it takes.  He's unlike anyone I've encountered in this kind of profession.  I can't say enough about him.  Please give him a call, you'll be glad you did. "Angel did an amazing job pumping out over 6,000 gallons of water from under our house! Diego came out very quickly to initially assess the damage and then Angel and his team started pumping the water out just a few hours later. They worked hard from 8pm to 2am! Angel was so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process! He responded to all my texts so quickly and communicated with the office for me to get all the documentation that my insurance needed. He even followed up to make sure I had everything I needed. Angel came back multiple times to check on our house and make sure everything was drying properly and that there wasn't any further damage. He left the fans under our house for over an extra week for no additional charge to make sure it was completely dry. Angel was awesome and offered the best customer service!"
