Jeannie Clean answered the phone quickly, scheduled my appointment for ASAP and was at my door basically the next day. My carpet has taken some thrashings over the years and now looks BRAND NEW. "It was the first time it had been cleaned since we purchased it four years ago. Two cats and a 90 lb lab, later, we were blown away at how gorgeous the couch came out after they cleaned it. We also had an upholstered bench cleaned - and it looks brand new! The couch and bench had many watermarks from our own cleaning and every single one of them came out. The team was supposed to arrive between 10-12 noon with a 30 minute call warning us. They called at 9:30 and were there by 9:50! Friendly, professional team took great care of these first time customers. We won't wait 4 years to clean it again knowing what a supreme job Enviro Steam does. Thank you!"

"Capri was quick and did a great job but left missing one of the closets and a pet stain. I called them back and they were very gracious about coming back at no charge to do the closet and treat the stain. The stain still did not come out, however, so they needed to come out a third time to replace the spot with a clean patch. Now you can't tell that a pet stain was ever there! I appreciated their politeness and promptness. The only drawback was that the carpet repair was quoted at $10 less over the phone than what they charged me on site, but I didn't complain because they gave me carpet repair advice probably worth more than the 10 bucks."

"<p>Eric and his team are very professional, thorough and prompt.  They cleaned the tile and grout with toothbrushes, not once but twice.  The bid was to clean the tile floors and wood floors, but as a courtesy, Eric had all the bathroom tiles cleaned and polished as well as the granite counters.  </p> <p>I must say that my floors haven't looked this good in a long time; so good in fact that others have commented.  I will happily use this service again</p> <br />"
