"A technician from Hawthorne Plumbing came at the appointed time and did fabulous work! The shower drains perfectly now. Other vendors were quoting me in the $250-300 range, which seemed overpriced for about 20 minutes of work. Hawthorne had a "single drain special" for about $80, which was reasonable."

They also straightened out an issue with a drainage pipe and didnâ t charge for it. We purchased an annual maintenance contract with them. "The final results are good, but they are very unresponsive. It took several calls and e-mails to get the project started and completed. They had to redo parts of the project because of the bad sub-contractors that they used. When they did the bar install they also gave us a quote on installing some ceiling fans. I told them we didn't need them right away, because it was winter, but when it got closer to summer we would want them to do the install. I have now e-mailed them several times, with no response and called them to try and get them to put in the fans. We will not use them again.
