Carpentry Plus provided many great ideas, was flexible, which was necessary as the project took place during the COVID-19 shut-down and treated our project as if it was their own home. We have already signed up for some additional projects with them and expect that Carpentry Plus to be our go-to contractor in the future."

They worked extremely hard and rigorously to strip the old finish and restore to the original on both, with new grout too. Clint delivered on precisely what he stated on the original call, and on time for start date and finish date. The "clean up" they did....it was if they were never in the bathroom in the first place! "Recently they replaced my water heater. A month or two later a new and different problem arose. (I have an old house!) The plumber they sent that time remembered something I'd forgotten: the replaced heater had failed too soon, probably during its warranty period. (He's the one who had installed it several years ago.) He asked Dee in the office to check into this. Dee called back and apologized for the defective heater, but she advised that it would probably be impossible to pursue a warranty claim because no one had noted down the serial number of the old heater before it was scrapped. But they did not let the matter rest there. They searched out the junked heater, got its serial number, made a claim to the manufacturer, and sent me a check. I give them credit for going the extra mile to make things right."
