"Great! We had to wait several months because it was their busy time of year but that worked okay because we needed to save up. Bill communicated via email and text, which was helpful. It was the most expensive bid we got but they felt confident they could remove all the solid color stain and recommended a semi-solid stain over the top. The deck looks BRAND NEW! We thought about replacing it but so glad we didn't take that drastic measure. The crew of 2 (Ryan was the lead) were punctual and cleaned up after each day (it was a 2 full day job). "We were at first worried because it took a long time to get us on their calendar and we had paid 50% of job. They had originally promised about two weeks out but it was closer to a month. Deck looks nice overall -- some spots look a bit darker than others. I wasn't too happy with their washing technique since most of the windows below deck areas got quite a bit of streaking also -- they should have covered them up. Also, some areas under deck have stain drippings."

Justin’s crew always pays great attention to detail in the preparation prior to painting, including covering plants and patio. Justin provided a detailed estimate and contract after a walk-around inspection and discussing our concerns. We had some window repair prior to painting and Justin worked with our schedule so that painting began the week following the repairs. After the painting was complete, a crew showed up the next day for any touch-up required and Justin did another walk-around with us to make certain the job was completed to our satisfaction. The crew cleaned up the site daily and Justin was in daily communication with us to address any problems or concerns.
