After the project was complete, the torch was passed to Ashley with the account receivable department. She was able to walk me through the final invoicing and was very helpful with all payment related questions. After all payments were received, I worked with Stephanie who promptly handled the post-project deliverables, with excellent communication. To sum it up, Collis exceeded expectations every step of the way. Roof replacements are a complex process, and we were relieved to have selected the perfect company for the job. "Everything went very smoothly. The contact person was very easy to speak with and gave me advice on removing my solar water heater panel, I was able to recycle the copper withing for about 90 bucks. The only two issues were that the men doing the work didn't seem to speak much english and they didn't put a rain stopper over the front entrance. The construction site was cleaned up very well and they walked around the home with magnetic sweeper. All told they were done within 3 days and that's including the dumpster removal. <br />"

"Yes I called for someone to come out for an estimate on January 9th 2026 and Ashton was a wonderful fellow on the phone. Mark called me back within maybe an hour and made an appointment to come out Monday January 12th to do the estimate. The gentleman Mark was very professional he took the time to explain different things about getting the gutters installed and about French drains in a complete thorough educated talk about how to get the water away from the house and how I could possibly set up irrigation to my plants by using water barrels from their downspouts. I haven't decided to use hire yet but if the initial meeting with Mark is so good. Once I deside where I'm going to be spending my money first I'm sure that this company and Mark is who I will hire."
