"Ron Robleto the owner of American Fence in Melbourne, FL, is the most unprofessional, incompetent and disrespectful business owner I've ever dealt with. He will flat out lie right to your face. He has no voice mail, keeps no office hours, doesn't return emails or calls. Ron installed cable wire for my deck rail. He was paid to use 316L stainless steel cable. He either got a bad batch or used an inferior cable as it rusted within a couple months of installation. Ron said he would replace it. Said he treats customers the way he would treat a family member. It's been over a year and the cable has still not been replaced despite Ron's promises and guarantees that it would be replaced. Ron Robleto of Melbourne Beach always has excuses why he hasn't been able to replace it yet. Now, Ron no longer responds to emails or messages and has gone silent."
