"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. It would be hard to beat their pricing and customer responsiveness. It was clear that the number one priority was customer satisfaction."

"They were wonderful and extremely professional. They identified some issues that were due to improper installation when the home was built. They had to change out all of the old venting and it looks like it's in brand new condition. They made sure all of the colors matched perfectly. They completed the job by blowing in the proper amount of insulation. We have already seen a huge difference in our air conditioner's performance. It used to run non-stop on 80 degree days, but now it cycles throughout the day the way it should. "Shane and his crew evaluated our roof and determined that fairly extensive repairs were needed due to a poor job done by previous contractor : ( While he was open to partial replacement we determined a full year-off was a better option for both structural and cosmetic reasons. Shane and crew arrived as scheduled or notified us of change in plans (weather-related) as appropriate. The whole job took just over 2 days and each evening debris was removed and site left in good condition- minimal unavoidable damage to landscaping, very few nails found afterwards-' unlike previous contractors. When we had a problem Shane was very responsive and took care of the issue within a reasonable time. Great guy, good crew, nice job. Will hire again."
