The price was exactly what he quoted, the pipe install was very neat and clean and he connected the stove, tested to make sure everything was working as well as check all the existing gas appliances to make sure they were working after turning the gas back on. "Mike was great to work with. I hired him to renovate my primary bedroom and bath. While the bedroom only needed a basic refresh, the bathroom was a full gut remodel including moving fixtures and windows. During the course of the project, we encountered many problems with infrastructure from prior remodels. He fixed all structural problems, electrical updates, and installed a new window which also required re-shingling the outside of my home and matching the existing exterior paint. He has a remarkable attention to detail, and all work was completed to a high standard. His worked passed all inspections on the first try. He also has a deep rolodex of excellent subcontractors for every piece of the work. The project took longer than anticipated (some of which was due to my schedule, change orders, and delays in materials I ordered), but he was on site every day and was in constant communication with me on every detail. I came home on the last day of work and everything was complete, even railings that I had not seen or approved. Initially, I didn't want to make them redo it. I thought I could live with it. I paid in full and they left. Ernesto called my husband to make sure we were happy. Everything seemed great, the work was well done, and everyone was professional. However, a few days later I realized I really hated the materials they chose for me. When my husband called back to see if they could change out the railings for us, they said it would cost about $500. I know I paid in full and approved the job, but after $8,000 worth of work, I thought it distasteful to be charged more money to change out materials that I never approved in the first place. I recommend their work, but be sure you approve every single material prior to installation.
