"Carlos and his team did a great job painting the house trim, window frames, back porch ceiling and walls, and the whole front porch area (including a very damaged floor). He was very flexible with our requests and did extra repairs on the house trim and also power washed our house. Some areas had very old paint that was hard to remove. They did a great job removing old paint and applying a protective layer before painting. Carlos and his team are hard workers and finished the job fast. The appearance of the house has improved dramatically! After 10 months the paint is still strong and looks great. All that for a very reasonable price."

"Chris did an excellent job installing epoxy flooring in our basement rec room.  He gave us a quote within one day after we provided the square footage of the room and a few pictures.  He provided us pictures of other epoxy floors and color/chip samples.  Once we booked a date, he followed up with us a few days before that date to let us know when he would be arriving.  He completed the job on the weekend (2 days to complete) which worked well as both my husband and I work during the week.  Chris was extremely courteous and polite and wonderful to work with.  He followed up with us a couple times for the week after installation to ensure the flooring was drying correctly and was to our standards.   I would definitely recommend Rath Epoxy Flooring (also known as Concrete Ideas LLC) and would gladly be a reference."

They applied the multiple layers of paint/epoxy and finished it off with a clear polyurethane coat to seal it all in and give it a nice shine. We were able to walk on it within 2 days and drive on it in 5. Well worth the price we paid. To clean all I have to do is wash off with water and a little soap and the garage looks brand new.
