"The cleaners did a great job! Very tidy, nothing misplaced, and no cleaning-product fragrances. They even removed rust stains from my toilet, which I wasn't expecting but was happy about.
The reason I'm giving a B instead of an A is that the scheduling was a little confusing. For example, the second time I scheduled cleaning, I asked to have the same team that came out the first time. I wasn't picky about days or times as long as I got that team. Since I didn't hear that it wouldn't be possible, I assumed I'd get the same team. But it was a different team. They were nice people and did a good job, but it was inconvenient because my second team had three people while my first team had had two. I had the right denominations of cash to give equal tips to two people, but not to three, so that was very embarrassing.
