"Summit Metal is a very professional company. They gave us a bid to replace gutters, install gutter guards and paint the gutters. They did excellent work with great care to take care of all the details without cutting corners. We had some dry rot which was not part of the bid but was billed fairly. Each day they cleaned everything up so there were never tools, materials and/or debris left laying around. They showed up everyday working all day until the job was done which may sound silly but some contractors don’t do that. In short professional, reliable, competent, respectful and honest."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

He sat down with me to discuss all options. He answered my questions and put me at ease. We discussed schedule and I was happy he could begin in about 2 weeks. Other quotes I received were 3 month lead time for installation. I checked out his license and insurance and all current. I signed a contract and next thing I know the roof was installed and passed inspection. He even cleaned the leaves out of my gutters! His crew was friendly and cleaned up each day.
