"Salvador and his team were great, they were very friendly and worked **** ** the projects. They removed our old grass, weeds, and pulled tons of old tree roots out, leveled the dirt, and added more dirt to the front end to make our lawn more flat and even. They also installed a short retaining wall and a new fence with gate.... the main guy doing the wall took lots of care while placing each block for our wall. They installed a new sprinkler and drip system, planted two trees that we purchased and rolled out great new sod. They laid pavers for a nice new porch along with a matching barrier wall at the end of our porch. Salvador was there every day working along side his guys and they cleaned up after every day. He also stopped by to check on the grass just a few days later and programmed our sprinkler system.... and he offered to come back to do our first mow and adjust the sprinkler system! They did a fantastic job, very happy. Thank you Salvador!"

"I cannot overstate how happy I am with Ron and his great team from Babylon Builders. I had a dream to have a greenhouse built with a hot tub inside. I was looking for an oasis and a natural garden under one roof. I searched and interviewed many contractors and I at one point thought this idea could not materialize as there were discussions from other contractors who did not seem to get the feel and flow or vision of what I was trying to capture. In addition to the build, the placement of the greenhouse had to be attached to my balcony. I came across Babylon Builders and after having a conversation with Ron I got excited thinking this could really happen. Ron came to the house within a few days and brought Juan and the crew so we could all go over exactly what we were hoping for. We hired their team instantly. They were very efficient, creative, and neat in their cleanup every day which was so important to me. Juan thinks outside the box and is a great problem solver in addition to being very talented in his ideas. Every day we would go outside several times a day to watch the magic happen. Juan and Ron fielded many questions and were always ready to answer our numerous questions. Ron and Juan are great people and take pride in their work. Their price was great too. "We have had a great rapport over the years. They know the quirks of my old home and how to fix just about anything that has been done to it (or not done to it) over the past 125 years of its existence. We have worked under a time/material agreement for smaller jobs and contracts for the larger jobs. Communication is great, they are there rain or shine and stay on the job until its done.
