"Our dryer started making a high pitched noise when it ran and was taking longer to dry clothes than it used to, and I knew it hadn't been cleaned in 7+ years, so I called Vent Sharks to come clean it out.  I was scheduled for service promptly.  Tony arrived right on time and got right to work.  He easily pulled out our dryer from the third floor small closet it was in, then sent a small camera down the vent duct in the wall as far as he could, showing me what it saw.  Then Tony sent down the rotating brush to pull lint back up towards him and into a vacuum cleaner that suctioned it all up (instead of pushing the lint out the vent exhaust and all over our backyard).  When the vent was clear, Tony and I went outside to see that the vacuum was now blowing easily and fully out the vent, unobstructed.  I had seen lint being suctioned up; Tony said he removed about a football-sized amount.  When Tony went to reattach the small bit of ducting from the back of the dryer to the wall, he suggested replacing it with better quality that was flexible and less crushable than my old, torn one.  It only cost $10 extra so I agreed and was happy for the suggestion.  After Tony replaced the ducting, he vacuumed up all debris and put the dryer back.  Everything was done easily and quickly in a half an hour.  Our dryer no longer makes the noise and seems to be drying better again."

"Needed routine maintenance on my HVAC system, and help locating the filter so I could change it - I hadn't been able to find where it went since buying my house last year. ?‍♀️ Brian came out and showed me the basics of what I needed to know as the homeowner and answered all of my questions, and even took the extra step of explaining everything he was doing to service my unit(s?) so I knew what I was paying for. His demeanor alone was so pleasant compared to others who have come to my house to repair something and not said a word to me until it came time for payment, which made me feel like I wasn't sure what I was even paying for. I called again a few days later because my a/c was making a weird noise when it kicked on. Brian came back and found the problem quickly (the capacitor was bad, I believe?) and explained the ins and outs of my options for a quick, less expensive fix VS a more expensive, but longer-lasting fix, so I was able to soundly make my decision without worry. I felt like I could really trust what he was telling me and that he had my best interest in mind. I paid in advance for Calibrating Air to send someone out again during winter to check out the furnace and all that, which is the best option for cost, but also because I feel like I am in good hands. I don't normally leave reviews unless I experience absolutely outstanding service, and this was it! Thank you Brian and Calibrating Air for the great service! My a/c is running great. ??"

"We hired this companyafter reading reviews both on here and BBB and decided to give them a try. Neil showed up in  the hour window they had given us and went right to work.  The price included all the registers and cold air returns and Neil cleaned each one. He even offered a "fogging" whole house anti-allergen treatment that for an additional 40$ I did. My heating system seems to work so much better and my childrens allergies seemed to improve with the treatment provided. My indoor air quality has vastly improved. I will call them again to clean my carpets next month. <br />"

"Well this started off rocky. Because of a recent move I had purchased the service for the wrong address. On two occasions I assumed they were a no-show. I had no immediate phone number and was so busy with the move i ended up just counting this as a loss and was going to pursue a refund through angie's list. Then, they attempted contact one more time and we got it locked down. Turns out it was indeed my mistake and not for one second did they blame me or seem upset about it. In fact it was quite the opposite. They were gracious and friendly. They seemed happy to have the opportunity to service a customer. My parents were both self-employed so I understand the importance of customer satisfaction, so does FiberBright. That is refreshing these days. Even had time for a great conversation with one of the men who was performing the service. I wish i had more carpet to clean so i could hire them again! <br> <br> <br> <br>"
