Justin, our tech, was there 40 minutes early (when does that happen) he got the one fireplace that was DOA back in service both of them, in a fast, friendly, and professional manner. He found a gas leak in one and fixed that too. He suggested that we could save money on heating if we added blowers to both units, then the heat would circulate the room rather than go up the chimney Sounded good to me, so I had him install them in both fireplaces, looking forward to the room being warmer from now on, and it should save on my heating bills. "Earlier this year we sustained wind damage to our roof (2 trees fell on our roof). We were referred to Restoration Colorado Roofing for their expertise in insurance claims. I spoke with Cecelia (co-owner) for nearly 45 minutes. She took her time explaining the insurance claim process to us, and what to expect. By the end of the conversation I felt very comfortable RCR and with what to expect in the next coming weeks. We were able to set up a meeting, and sign a contract within 2 days. The other co-owner (Chris) sat down with us at our home and explained in more detail the roofing details. We never felt pressured at anytime. Cecelia always contacted us by email, or by phone on the progress of the roofing details. RCR has great professional contacts that we used (Architect/ General contractor/ Gutter/ Siding) which made it easier for us in the end to line them up. "An upstairs toilet was getting repeatedly clogged for no apparent reason.  Plunge it and it was OK but would recur.  That one the plumber fixed in a few minutes.  Remember this.  A toothbrush can get snagged in teh turns and allow everything to pass but then clog repeatedly and never move --chuckle.  Beware tooth brushes anywhere near the toilet. <br /> The downstairs one had a different problem and the plumber didn't have the tools to snake more thna the just the toilet.  He found not problem there after some serious effort and decided it could be something similar which he just could get out of the toilet.  So, we discussed it and he gave me good advice on a replacement toilet.  Odd as it may seem, I think it was the right decision to replace this cheap toilet with a dependable more modern one. <br /> He came back out and set the toilet under the remaining cost of the special.  The toilet works great now, both do. <br />"
