"The plumber not only got the sink draining again, but found the cause of the problem in a seldom used sink downstairs. He cleared out both areas and made sure everything was running smoothly. He also gave me some advice on other plumbing projects I have in mind for the future. He was very thorough and professional and really knew his business. "After doing the initial inspection the provider told us that because of the type of pipes we had the service wasn't necessary. He let us know that everything looked ok and we could get a refund of the Big Deal purchase from Angie's List, which we did end up doing. He also took the time to answer some general plumbing questions for us about the type of pipes, etc. which we really appreciated."

"Dwayne was really responsive and was willing to come out the same day we exchanged emails. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and presented a solution for the work that needed to be done. We needed a new valve stem put in and also new shower knobs. He took a trip to Lowe’s and picked up the product we needed. He completed the task in about 3 hours. The charge for the parts was low however, the cost for the labor was a little more than I was expecting. Either way, the job is done and he gave us a year warranty on the job he did today. Would recommend."

"I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot to be installed, They came out and said they couldn't do it because I didn't have a shut off valve and one needed to be installed be for they could do the job. I called ProServe told them what I needed. Tech came out, said I didn't need a shut off valve, the one in the laundry would be fine. He then installed the Dishwasher within 45 minutes.
