"I’m not a part of, nor do I know anyone prior to meeting Mr. Roman Shklyar at Sunset Roofing LLC. Let me say this: I never take the time to write reviews, but I’m compelled to write this: #1. Absolutely, hands down number one in customer service! Roman’s communication, and follow through is superb! What a pleasure it was dealing with him on my roofing project! I didn’t meet his crew, but they all did a great job on the roof! #2 Roman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and straight forward. I was under promised and over delivered! He quoted me three weeks and the job was completed in less than two weeks from our initial meeting! Yes they had a time slot open up, good weather was a factor I’m sure, but he called me and said “we can come and do the roof earlier than quoted is that ok ?” #3 No surprises! I was quoted and billed the same dollar amount! They did a complete tear off, installed a new roof on my home and also replaced a missing piece of fascia. The house looks great! #4 When we were talking about the job, he took the time and educated me about the choices between metal and shingles! I highly recommend Sunset Roofing LLC. If you need roof work done! Mark A. Pellicane- Geneseo, NY"

"It went well.  The roof went well but sometimes getting them to respond such as getting estimate they do not always follow through on. They did honor the Angie's List discount listed."

"Scott did an outstanding job on the roof of the garage/and back half of the house. They installed and repaired gutters. Then they moved all the furniture, painted the whole first floor and removed some wallpaper. Replace some ceiling tiles. We are having them return to install a handrail and a towel bar. We would highly recommend them for any of your home repair needs."

"Graves Bros. (Rochester crew) handled our roof replacement, and we could not be more impressed with the results! The process started with a two-plus-hour meeting with Chad, assessor and estimator. He knew this was our first-ever roofing project, and was patient, thorough and professional answering a wide range of questions. We had one final contractor meeting scheduled, but that was cancelled thanks to the great visit by Chad. Graves was hired the next day, and price became secondary, as we felt totally confident with this major decision. The work crew arrived at 7:00 am, and twelve hours later with sunset imminent, the job was finished, in spite of one unforeseen challenge along the way. After tearing off the old shingles, one large section with very low pitch revealed a decking that was markedly warped in many areas — poor workmanship by the previous roofing company!. Rich, Graves’ excellent project supervisor, was all but assured the entire area had to be replaced with 16 sheets of new plywood (otherwise, we’d be re-covering an issue that would reveal damage down the road). So, Rich asked his boss, John, to come out ASAP, and after a meeting to discuss options, we confidently approved the extra work and cost. Fast forward to the successful conclusion, our finished GAF roof looks fantastic; the quality of materials was clearly equaled, if not surpassed by, the amazing skilled workmanship of the crew. Thanks to Rich’s team — including Chino, Juan, Maria, Manuel and Louis — for their dedication, attention to detail, professionalism, and camaraderie—their self-pride and experience made all the difference! Also, a thank you to Bob, Logistics Manager, for timely delivery of materials and removal of dumpster. We highly recommend Graves as the best possible choice for any roof repair or replacement. Rick and Debbie B."

"Jose was pleasant and competent at the same time. He is concerned about doing a good job correctly. I would recommend his company for your home repair needs."

"Stellar roofing did a fantastic job with the roof. They did a full tear-off of the old roof and replaced it with a metal roof. It looks fantastic and have already received compliments on the new roof."

"Note, we got asphalt singles...metal was the only choice above. We live on Lake Ontario and our roof took damage from high winds. Tall Pines was one of the roofing companies I called to get repair estimates. Tall Pines was my clear and easy choice for the job. Matthew (the owner) stayed involved from start to finish. He met with the insurance estimator and even contacted my insurance company to check on my claim status. The job was promptly scheduled and within days materials arrived and the crew a couple days later. Dave (project manager) was excellent from start to finish. The crew was respectful, efficient and meticulous. Not a spec of debris remained after their clean-up. I highly recommend Tall Pines for any roofing needs. Great price, professionalism, integrity, top shelf materials....what's not to like! I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Tall Pines!"

"Peter's guy did a fine job repairing my garage & house roofs, as well as sealing my chimney. The price was reasonable, the job was thorough, and he cleaned up my yard when he finished. Peter was a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend Nordic roofing!"
